Hurst Farm rears its cattle slowly and naturally, resulting in premium meat that is unrivalled in flavour and texture.
This box includes:
- 1kg lean steak mince
- 1kg slow roast joint (chuck or brisket)
- 1kg diced stewing steak
- 6 x 100g meat balls
- 4 x prime steaks, chosen by our butchers (may be a 6oz fillet, 10oz rump, 8oz sirloin or 8oz rib eye)
