We always prefer to work with small scale farming operations as they provide a much more sustainable option and are better for the welfare of the animals. We also reject the use of pesticides and chemical fertilisers and aim for as natural an environment and ecology as possible.
By primarily working with farmers close to Bristol we believe we can help support the local area, its economy and communities.
Ruby & White also use a non-industrial meat production method. All our meats are carefully hand butchered by experienced butchers who have the knowledge and experience to provide the best cuts.
